Okay, I e-mailed with the BP website address...no reply. I might to the "visual sampling test" However some say that Premier is clear--S-Pups sample is amber. Do colors vary or is it consistent? dave

UPDATE: THis afternoon I went to the dealer, and after I told them I had gotten a case # from VWOA, they fixed it for free, nada nothing! On a side note, we'll see how long it lasts!! Okay thanks for all of your comments appreciate it very much!! Thanks, dave
