Got to love grocery points. Paid $3.55 on Monday with a 30 cent discount. Was debating not filling before our run up to Chapel Hill but decided not to push it that hard. Would have been about 300 miles.

Prices for D2 dropped around WPB, FL recently. Was hovering around $4.05 to 4.35/gal. As RUG started trending up I noticed D2 was <$4 at a lot of stations.

Diesel's holding at $4.25, but RUG went up to $3.19, at the local Speedway.

After much of the past year and some of diesel being on par, or slightly (maybe 5-10%) more than RUG, just this past week I noticed that gas took a big jump so that gas is now ~$.20/L more than diesel (as the good Lord intended; RIP, JC).
Diesel: $1.759/L
RUG: $1.959/L

When I got back home, I noticed Rug at $2.99 and diesel at $3.45.

I was in Phoenix for the last two weeks. Diesel ranged everywhere from $3.45 to $3.99. Rug was typically about $3.50. I laughed at one carwash place that advertised pricing with car wash as being equal at $3.45 for both. However, that was a 40 cent discount for rug and a 20 cent discount for diesel.

Tuesday I filled up just west of St. Louis for $3.43, by Wednesday it was $3.49. That was the cheapest I saw between Kansas City and Columbus, OH.

It's funny that every day, there's news articles saying that prices are going to skyrocket, but it hasn't happened yet.
