  • Ever since the dealer fixed my def injector and hose my car seems to be having issues - the 2100 code has not presented itself in the last few weeks although I have felt the engine completely cut out quite briefly on a few occasions - I have been driving on icy roads but this anomaly did not appear to be my tires slipping - I just assumed that since the 2100 code is related to my throttle this could be the culprit -

It leads you towards the throttle valve, Have you been checking the faults or waiting for a CEL? Not uncommon to replace the throttle valve on those.
I have a 2015 Golf Sportswagon TDI with 135,000. I am having zero issues with the car. I wanted your opinion. Would you do a full delete and tune now to make the car last longer? I dribe 30/40,000 miles a year and want to get at least 300,000 out of this car.

I would absolutely do that. I did DPF and EGR deletes for reliability.
