Timing belt job on a CVC engine, is there any torsion value to look at after its up and running?

There are just too many to list....
I've not seen anything to mess with, no. The intake cam phaser would not be happy if it was that far out I would think.

I've always put the non-variable water pump back in, as the originals sometimes break that collar off and make a swishing noise and grind themselves up. But you do have to keep the control solenoid so the ECU thinks its doing something, so that gets transferred over to the new pump even though it is rendered useless.

I was off a tooth in my Passat and the car while started, cranked a lot longer, then eventually there was a code for cam to crank deviation...no torsion to set

Got it done and out the door, no issues. Had to make the HPFP holding tool I didnt realize i needed. Real one on its way. Next one i do will probably be my old mans car.
