I just picked up two rev E RNS-510 in the junkyard today (and have been an RNS-510 user since my first TDI in 2010, anyways).
That said, I thought I might've had 4366 for Rev E-H, and sure enough, I do.
Not sure how long dropbox will host this, but here's a link.

It's about 200MB. It's a rar, so on windows, you can use the fantastic 7zip program, which is free/open source.
You'll need something to burn the resulting ISO image to CD, of which there are a lot of free programs out there to do that. Maps require a DVD; firmware requires a CD. Apparently, I have maps as well, and even though navteq discontinued updates for the RNS-510, I don't think I can post those publically.
This ISO (small) also burns to a CD and enables you to do video in motion, so you can play a DVD, say if you have kids in the car and want to keep them entertained. That said, my disclaimer - I am NOT responsible for how you use this. I did not create this ISO. Be aware of the dangers of playing a DVD while operating a motor vehicle. And so on and so forth.

##EDIT##
More edits.
For those who have Rev A-D, here is firmware 1140:
I don't remember what keys you press to initiate a firmware update, but I know it's similar to CRTL-ALT-DEL. I want to say the two horizontal arrow buttons next to where you insert optical media, and then NAV or GUIDE. It's been a while since I've done this, but google is your friend.
