What is the temp range of the exhaust gas at the turbo inlet? This may drive what kind of epoxy will work.

FYI, this is on the cold side (cold air inlet from air filter) of the turbo not the hot side.

The reason the eyelets break is the heat of the turbo. That’s what I had read elsewhere anyway.

The heat cycling probably makes a difference, but I would say it's more due to vibration and aging than anything else.

Update because I finally cut off a plastic intake horn for mounting in the aluminum flange.

Clearly I haven't glued it in yet, but I'll be test fitting to my parts engine soon.
