Highest Mileage TDI (odometer reading)

I see people with exceptional fuel mileage on this forum all the time. My question has not to do with fuel mileage but odometer mileage. Probally the most impressive high-mileage car story I've seen so far is Irv Gordon (1966 Volvo with 2.3 million miles) anyone on here coming close? I'll start with mine, which isn't anywhere near close yet...a 2005 Jetta Wagon with 23,000.

03 Jetta TDI is at 28 mo, 67,000 miles, 28,714 per year 2393 mo avg.

2002 Golf GL TDI with 86,600 miles. Bought it new over 3 years ago.

My old 1991 Toyota Celica St had about 180,000 when i sold it to a friend. I think it is well over 200,000 by now.

I just turned over 270,000 miles today. A good friend of mine has a 98 Jetta with about 315,000 miles on it. At the WI GTG there was a super clean A4 Jetta with over 320,000 miles on it.

We bought our '00 Jetta with a bit shy of 92,000 miles on it. We put over 50,000 on it in the first year. We've slowed down since then (we moved) and it looks like we'll be a bit shy of 175,000 miles on it at the two year mark (Just before Christmas). I was daydreaming on the way to the office tonight of the day I turn 250,000 miles on her. FWIW, I usually own a car for 6-12 months. We've had this Jetta for 21 months and I can't imagine letting it go.

There was a 99.5 Golf GL at TDIFest with over 338K on it. Original clutch and original struts! The car looked great. The only big replacement was a GTI interior. Even original paint.
