As much as I love my MKVI TDI, the new MKVII TDI and GTI have me wondering for sure.

That's because it is a manual transmission. It just happens to be automated and a bit more complex, with dual hydraulically-actuated clutches. And yeah, it's leaps and bounds better than other direct-shift gearboxes like the Ford and Smart.

The color combo looks very sharp! The piano black is very nice, as is the D-shaped steering wheel.
