Just got a couple crate engines for ALH available with 11mm pumps. These have been extremely rare in the past and are offered for only $100 more than the 10mm pump units....

Probably the best service I have ever received from an online vendor. The only way the things I ordered could have showed up faster is if I clicked submit order, put down my computer, and walked over to the door to see a box full of parts already sitting on the porch! Need TDI parts = Bleachedbora!

Not at a discount, sorry! I bought 300 ALH plugs, couldn't get a deal on PD ones...

That said, I do have the steel ones on the website. BEWs will need a reflash so they can work, but at least you won't worry about having the ceramic plug break off in your head :(.

I've had BEW and BRM camshaft replacements for about a year now from the dealer. I've been bugging a vendor for about 6 months to get in aftermarket OEM ones (made in the EU). They came in about a month ago; however since my site was catastrophically crashed I didn't have the capability to put them on. I wanted to make an announcement on here that the complete kits are back on the site, and they do have the OEM black coated lifters, not the cheap-o 1/3 price silver ones that we have had first hand experience cracking in a PD head. In that case it took out the camshaft with it.

Hence these kits come with all OEM quality parts, most of which are from the dealer. You do get what you pay for; and you don't want to do this job again! The deluxe kits include filters, oil and deluxe timing belt kit with coolant.

Link is here; there are also individual cams and rebuild parts on the site in the respective categories. (Click on one replacement kit and see the folder that it comes up in, or run a search for various parts).

Cheers, and more to come as the site gets rebuilt!

No worries Dan, and you're responded to Ryan--been sick the last few days as anyone who has spoken to me on the phone can attest to... :(.

Aaron, in a thread about ZDDP someone mentioned that you are offering a ZDDP additive. I didn't see anything on your website -- do you have a product and if so are you recommending it?

So odd...I got your other message yesterday but the one above is nowhere to be found .

Regardless, I have HIDs on my car which technically speaking should have levelers, yet I don't have them. Just about any light can be aimed pretty well for almost all conditions, except when you're fully loaded. Levelers are nice, but by no means mandatory!

As for bulbs, before my HID bulbs I ran the Phillips X-Treme power bulbs and loved them. I got them from here.

Best shop I know of in the Seattle area is Zahntech Automotive; contact Matt and let him know I sent you. Also, Fixum Haus and Oldpoopie are just a hop to Portland away; and Oldpoopie will come to you if the job is right.

Oh, and watch for our upcoming turbo kits; we have 6 different turbos soon to be released.

Email (see sales and support link in signature) or calling is generally best way to get a hold of me. PMs are almost impossible for me to track with up to 40+ coming through a day.

A couple of months ago, I ordered a Bilstein PSS kit for my A2 swap, to replace my badly worn-out suspension (my car is old enough to vote, after all...) I have to say that this kit is awesome. It's a little harsh for the first thousand miles or so (which I was warned about), but afterwards, it's quite pleasant. I'd have to say that this kit is rather nice in the corners, but still not harsh on the highway. It seems to be a very nice all-around suspension, and installation was a snap, too! I will say that those intending to do the mk3 mount conversion to their mk2 do not need the mk3 spring perch, as this kit comes with its own. Aside from that, this is an excellent kit from a top-notch vendor.

Aaron, I replied to an email the other day and never got an answer to my question on the Micro DE Fog lights. Could you check and see if you missed it? Thanks

It looks like I need to swap out my 5th gear in my 2000 jetta tdi (247kmiles). When I put it into 5th there is a woobling and then it jumps out of gear. There is no grinding, and all the other gears are working fine. I'm not looking for radical long gears, so I think a .681 will do the trick. Besides the gears and the gasket are there any other normally NEEDED parts to finish this project? I ask because Growler said,
"has your tranny been leaking fluid for a while? I bet it is moist down there and has been. the tranny fluid is low and the 5th gear selector has worn out the teeth that keep it in gear.
Hard parts alone for this fix are about $700 or so. anyone who can do the 5th gear swap as described on these forums can repair your transmission."

I haven't pulled the cover to check it yet cuz I, my wife needs the wheels. Thanks for your time and input sloguydoin75

Depends on what you're looking for. Best bang for the buck if you're not doing mods (or ONLY doing chip OR injectors (or mild both) is Valeo. Smooth, quiet, but doesn't hold as much power as the SACHS. Next best is the SACHS; it holds more, but is a little noisier. Both have detailed information listed on the site...search for SACHS or for Valeo, you're looking for the $333 (soon to go up) versions :).
