Has any one used this Chinese part from Febi??

Yakko, 028 105 243 T is the harmonic balancer.
Per TDIClub posts, I bought 3 from Bora Parts for project cars. This one is very heavy, it does come in a box with Vaico label, but it is made in Turkey, or so the decal says. My second green B4 has a good looking TB + tensioner, etc. so I'm not going to be doing a TB change soon on this ride. I'll need one for the project car: 1996 TDI, however.
If you (or anyone else) wants one, I have two available for $75. S&H included. Bora list is $108+. I eat the difference. PM if interested. Jeff

That's good to know. I got the Febi one from ID Parts and it was made in China.
I hope it does not come apart. I did all the belts today and it's the first time the timing on the pump was excellent. There was no need to adjust the pump.

I compared OEM & that one and they were the same. It's still in use with no issues. I also originally bought it from IDParts.

I bought the Febi HB, made in China. It looks good but looks can be deceiving too. I kind of wish I would have pursued the Dayco option via RA, I'm curious about where that one's made. At one time someone mentioned Australia.
