No push button to start (I like using a key)
No Start/Stop. I like to keep the engine running at stop signs/lights
Heated seats
No electric parking brake (I like pulling the lever myself)

Not sure if the only sunroof option anymore on the wagons is the pano BS or not. I have a customer with a '12 wagon that has a professionally installed Webasto sunroof in it. Looks and performs pretty good, but who knows what it cost and how it will hold up but a decade+ later still seems fine.
