WTS 1996 Passat TDI Sedan (1Z) - Long Island, NY

Moved and really looking to get rid of my 1996 Passat TDI Sedan

Has ~177k miles, runs and drives great.

In the last 2k miles it has had
-Timing belt/water pump done
-New brake lines and brakes
-Injection pump resealed
-Front left ball joint replaced
-AC/Heat blend door fix

Cons:
-Headliner board is there but no headliner
-Rear defrosters do not work currently
-No engine cover
-Scratches from being a 26 year old car
-Some rust underneath and light body rust from being a Northeast car
-Roof paint is a little rough, seems like was attempted to be repainted
-Passenger door doesn’t open from outside and has window off the track issue(working on fixing those currently though)

I have put a good bit of money into it lately so I want to say $3k but I am negotiable

Which passenger door doesn't open from the outside? Is it a handle issue or something internal?

Passenger front has the opening and window problems. Door not opening is a handle problem, and the window works, it just comes off the track. Have seen threads on here that its some clip that breaks in the door.

-Only rip in seats is the one shown in first set of photos. Driver seat is a little droopy on left side but not bad and only noticeable when you sit on it.
-Carpets are good but no floor mats
-New black leather with cream stitching boots for shifter and ebrake
-No headliner but board is in there like I stated in original post

Can take pictures if you want in 12 hours or so when I am home from work
