First i had heard of it. Looks to be expensive. Looks like a Micro shot peening process.

IDK if it would help overcome the design shortcoming in oiling the PD engine has.
What some of us have done that have replaced our cams, is improved the cam oiling with some cam bearing oiling mods developed by Franko6. (Frank Irving)
IIRC Franks replacement cams are hard chrome plated. Frank could better explain the surface treatment his replacement cams get and may know something about the WPC process.
