Who can Upsolute me in the DC area?

I finally bit the bullet and I am going for some mild mods on my 99 1/2 TDI Jetta. I am heading up to Boston to have the Shine real street suspension installed and a better clutch and the diesel geek short shift kit.

I have a feeling after that I am going to want a chip...
