Well I have come to a stand still with my 2003 tdi, I am unsure of what nozzles I should buy for what I will be running
KN drop in filter
Egr race pipe and cooler delete
Stage 1 Sachs clutch with 14lb solid flywheel
2.5 " straight exhaust
vnt 17/22
Stage 3 Malone tune

And then nozzles it was thinking the bosio PP764 but I am not sure has anyone else and any luck with other nozzles? Looking for any input
Thanks!

i put PP764's in my completely stock (aside from 3" straight pipe and FMIC) and got some smoke. I'm figuring with your turbo and tune you should be almost smoke free. (or will be with a retune?)

i like them and am actually planning on doing the 17/22 in the near future! :D

not to stray off topic or thread jack, but how do you like the 17/22? :)

PP764 nozzles are a very good choice for your hardware IMO. With a 17/22 you could also tune for R520s if you ever think you might want to go bigger.

Ask Malone what nozzles you should get. They would know what will work best with their setup and your tune.

As an aside, what is a Sachs Stage 1 clutch?

I'm a Malone dealer and answered with his tune in mind, thanks. Mark likes the PP764 for a build like this.

Well sounds like I was thinking right for the nozzles, so they are on order from Kerma!
I haven't started the build yet, as soon as I start il post pics and like everyone know how it goes!
And the Sachs stage 1 is basically just the vr6 clutch as far as I know
