VNT17 oxidation a problem?

I'm about to pull the trigger on buying this VNT17 but wanted some feedback on whether that rust in the last picture is an issue?

thats nothing really, but the turbine wheel looks damaged?

Compressor wheel have high millage or poor air filter!

It does look like there is some wear on the blades, it doesn't look bad to my eye, then again I'm not a turbo expert that's why I'm here asking questions.

I dont say the compressor are bad... just have lot of wear...

I wouldn't buy it because the comp wheel looks far from new.
