Turbo rebuild service recommendation (Calgary, if possible)

2006 Jetta TDI BRM, 260k kms.
It seems like the vanes in my turbo are sticking.
Have checked vacuum and actuator movement and they seem ok.

Looking to have my turbo rebuilt. Any recommendations for who to bring it to?
Ideally in Calgary, but open to sending it out if needs be.
