Hello TDI club, I am posting this to get some feed back on a turbo for a 2005 Golf TDI, Here's the issue im getting alot of pressure through the outlet tube and it keeps blowing off, This is my first diesel so be gentle . Tried modifying the tube , Tabs ect, Car starts right up but of course looses boost as soon as tube comes off. Its really a two part question is my turbo malfunction somewhere else to cause this? All reply's welcomed.

The tube going into the intake flap at the manifold? It is common for the metal ears to wear and then the tube pops off. I have new tubes, but most people go the doggie collar route.
