Tow hitch wiring. Something went wrong.

Friend of mine helped me install custom hitch on my 2014 mk6 golf, and we proceeded to install wiring using converter. we made a mistake taking running lights signal from the wire on taillight. That wire shares a signal stop/tail and it must of screw up BCM or something. Now i did disconnected all of it but 3rd brake light stays on all the time ignition on or off. The brake lights on the sides work fine. VCDS gives me error 03266 control circuit for signal horn, and the horn stoped working.

You may have damaged the electronics in the tail light system back feeding current from the brake/turn etc systems.
If you install trailer lights on these systems you (for several reasons) need to use a converter to combine the turn and brake lights and not affect the cars electronics.
There are several available.
As to what is your problem I have no experience. The VW computers send very quick pulses to detect burned out bulbs and then there is the separate brake and turn lights. The center brake light is probably on a separate circuit as well and has its own driver in the ECU.

Sometimes the German nomenclature is difficult to decipher.

Someone will chime in soon and let you know.

You may have to temporarily remove the bulb or disconnect the wire to keep from running down the battery.

My guess is a driver transistor shorted (not to ground, but through the device and this will mean either a replacement module or major surgery to find the offending part.

once the converter was removed you reset all codes? may just need a reboot.. I installed a powered converter into my '11 and my friends 12, both work great, and both got their their left blinker running and stop from the drivers side and the rt turn from the passenger side..

Yes i cleared all codes after removing all wires and converter, disconnected battery for 10 hours, nothing changed. I can't run left blinker running and stop from the drivers side because it's one wire for running and stop.

OK, but if we knew what kind of converter you had attempted to use it might be a clue as to where the actual damage is.

Third Light

Which light do you mean by third light?
I added a trailer light converter to my car and about six months later my passenger side, rear blinker (yellow) came on and remained on, even when the car is off.
It drained my battery once, so I disconnected the blinker wire.
I don't know the cause of it, I suspect the trailer wiring.
At some point soon I hope to fix it.

I did tap into these wires, and i'm 100% sure there was no short. After third light (the one on center of rear door) started to be on all the time, i disconnected all of my wiring. Now i'm waiting on new BCM/CECM i got of eBay.

Today i replaced CECM, everything got back to normal. I didn't hook up converter i have, i will get the one from etrailer.com.
