third taillight leak

anyone else had a leak on mk7 top brake light? I had my light and grommet replaced under warranty once all ready.not only is it still leaking but the tech didn't seat the plug fully either and I had to take it out and seat it.hmmmmm

leak into the car or onto the rear window?

the rear sprayer is controlled by the same pump as the front windshield just reverse and with a check valve.

I've heard the check valve gets warn out and the rear sprayer dribbles on to the window. I have that dribble but haven't replaced the check valve.

If you're talking about water intrusion into the hatch, also check the boot seals up top.
