Do some cost-benefit analysis to figure if it would really be effective, even at the claimed benefit level. Remember, you'd have to keep buying their solution as well as the original installed hardware.

Now, go ask the obvious. What does Canada's EPA equivalent say? Anything? Are there any real objective analysis studies? Who is saying anything other than paid endorsements?

I like taking a jaundiced eye approach to things that sound way too good to be true. Many times there's something big & ugly they don't want you to see.

On the other hand, maybe it works exactly as they say, but it is not cost effective. I have heard nothing about this device except from a few thing that have referenced a website. You can put anything on a website.

Spend your money on quality fuel system cleaners and general maintanance. In fact, you'll save more fuel by investing in a good tire pressure gauge and USING IT than that gadget could ever save. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
