Replacing headlight bulb

My left headlight bulb is defective. I can get a new bulb for $17 at the local dealer or for $2.3 at https://www.amazon.ca/SODIAL-Haloge...e=UTF8&qid=1502827896&sr=8-1&keywords=h7+bulb
Is there any difference? Will it fit my 2005 Golf?

I couldn't find much feedback on the brand. I'd go with a cheap halogen, but one with some decent reviews, there's a few options on Amazon in the 5-7 dollar range with decent reviews. I wouldn't go bottom dollar, but halogens can be like AA batteries, you can get some that perform 90 percent as well as the top name ones that cost 2-3 times more than off brand.

I don't know if they are still available but I bought a bunch of Osram brand 65 watt H7 lamps from eBay. They worked very well, bright enough, even though it said for off road use.
I think I paid $5 each. I used them for both low/high beams
