You need a special radio removal tool. Good radio shop, maybe Radio Shack, and most definately Crutchfield.

I searched on this website, with no avail. I remember reading about a member who removes his radio using a modified credit card. If anybody knows how to do it... please post it, I need a refresher course... Thanks.

We're also having "reception problems" with our 2003 Jetta...
Have you checked the antenna base grounding ??
As soon as we have some "down" time, I'll try to check ours... Keep us posted, please..
