Can someone please tell me the proper bleed sequence
For flushing the brake system? I will be using a power bleeder
And I do have vagcom..

I have yet to find a good tutorial on bleeding the abs
Pump, there used to be a good one floating around sometime ago but it appears
It's now gone off the Ross-tech site..

I've tried vagcom but it doesn't say anything about opening
And closing bleed screws. Only press pedal etc

@daypass72, did you get that job done successfully?

I ask because I've got to do this once again and in the past I've had tons of trouble with the VAG-COM bleed procedure. Either my brakes have an un-diagnosed problem or I've misread the ambiguous instructions in the software. I've been trying to find a definitive reference on how to operate the VAG-COM bleed sequence

Here's a link to one person's write-up

And here's my note referencing it

and for a lengthy read on the same topic.

* the problem I've had is that the bleed sequence literally never ends (but sometimes it does, like on my other car). I don't know what the software is waiting for so far as a trigger to declare the procedure finished.

Very interested to hear any success stories : )
