Well today may have been a record. I saw 4 TDIs on my circuitous way to work. One black A4 Jetta heading south on 13th St., NW, a grey Golf heading north on 13th St., a A5 red Jetta on Clifton St, NW and a green A4 Jetta on Florida Ave.

I was amazed at how many were within on the road this morning.

Us NB owners don't have a TDI logo but I was there on the beltway from VA to MD!

On the new A5 Jetta's it is very hard to see the TDI emblem as on my NEW Jetta I drive the Beltway New Hampshire Avd and Adelphi Rd
but I see several TDI's eeach day!

I'm on the Beltway from Georgia to BW-Pkwy to 50, and the Beltway-the-whole-way back home.

A good number of the new Jettas I see in the area are TDIs.
Hell... We went from a 2 TDI company to a 5 TDI company in 2 months.

Damn!! this afternoon on Adelphi Road I saw my first ever TDI Toureg on the road, Light colored green I also saw an old Passat TDI

I usually see 1 or 2 TDI's on Westbound Route 50 heading into DC from the Annapolis area. Haven't seen any TDIclub license plates on them though.

I drive up 395 and back every day. I see lots of TDIs. They are great cars. I have just over 90,000 miles on an 03 Jetta Wagon. No problems.

Hey, while I did partake of the USVI "experience", even paradise gets boring after awhile! Besides, my rum cabinet is all stocked up. Actually, the season's been a tad slow thus far, so a few of us came up too fly medevac for a week. Equally rewarding in my book.

i see ungodly amounts of TDI's...on my last weekends trip to chicago and back..eveyr single vw except for 1, that i saw on my way to chicago was a TDI..mostly MKIv golfs, a coupl ejetta's and one passat wagon.

i need to find a way to make my jetta more visible as a diesel....that is if you don't here me first.lol

i got to work on a 5cyl TDI twwaaarrggg, took fluids out of it,etc. preparedit for the smithsonian. def stole the fuel..WOW.what a difference. us fuels are lame.

Evil - get club plates and the sticker and you'll "stick out"

Nothing beats being easily seen like a club plate and sticker! Hard to see the TDI on the back sometimes, but you can't miss the club plates!

I saw a green Mk IV Jetta w/ NY plates, RT 95 NB in CT around exit 18 on Sunday 9-10-6 around 10:30 am.

Nice folks waved when they saw the TDI badge and my wife waved back.

I tried to make eye contact to wave, but all three were staring straight ahead.
