"No entry" displayed on the MFD

My MFD is now displaying "No entry", and I cannot access any of the data that is typically available. Has anyone ever seen this before? Know a cure?

This came up after clearing an airbag fault MIL, which was a result of me starting the car with the top center dash panel unplugged during a radio installation.

All turned back to VW. Now a 2017 Hundai Tuscon. Not a single squalk in 10k miles.
Usually something like this is found where you were last. Dash out? I suspect a connector not plugged properly.

hold the down button on the mfd controller arm and then select MFI option

EDIT:

The VCDS codes suggest your radio is unplugged...Does your radio work?

Thanks guys! You are all awesome!

Tried holding down the button under stalk for a while and got nothing. Held down the toggle button on the end and was rewarded with this little menu. Choosing MF Display put me back where I needed to be. Does it always get set to Vehicle Status when fault codes are present?

Radio is working great, but swapped the Premium 7 for a Premium 8 (RCD510) and haven't updated the CAN BUS.

If this error continues, you have a broken wire somewhere in confort data bus. Could be a door junction box.
