So, I bought a 2012 TDI Sportwagen a little over a year ago to replace my MKIV BEW wagon as my daily, and I've always disliked the stock Porto's and mismatch tires (I think the rear tires are from the factory 😳). The only reasonable solution is a new set of wheels and tires, and a late night surfing Tire Rack led to a set of Sparco FF1's (17x8 +45mm) wrapped in 235/45r17 Kumho PS31 tires. I'm not entirely sold on the Sparco's, but they are a remarkable improvement over the Porto's.

rollin in my two point oh, panoramic back so my hair can blow
Tons of fender gap, lots of open area to the wheel face, light weight, not too big in diameter, 100% approve! Not a huge fan of those stock wheels either.
