I have a 2000 Jetta tdi and my power locks including doors and trunk and radio went out all at once and can’t figure out why none of my fuses are fried.
Have the same problem with my Y2k Golf, but it includes windows and interior lights. I think it is the convenience controller, but maybe someone else can tell us what the sure cure is.
check the door accordions? though i don't think that this would also cause the radio to stop unless it shorted something so.... Don't all those things work on the security module?
It nine time outta ten the ccm it's under the steering wheel. There are several different ones so make sure you get the right one. It will also need to be reprogrammed with vcds for the fob to work. These are all the symptoms. You can also check for corrosion on the connector behind the hood release lever but more likely the ccm
