Is anyone here running a mechanical oil pressure gauge? If so how do you have it mounted? I am thinking of the New South MK3 Column Gauge Pod to house the oil pressure. Will there be enough room to route the braided line to that location? Any info is appreciated. Thanks.

You can run a mechanical gauge, if you want. For years I have one in each of my trucks. I never liked the though of a hot oil leak in the cabin.

Then, Autometer came out with their full sweep electrical gauges, that use a "real' transducer - not a sending unit or sensor. I can get into the technical details if you want, but suffice it to say a traducer is MUCH more accurate than a sending unit or sensor. I've had them on my Cummins for 6 years. I have had issues with the sending units, but Autometer replaced them for the cost of me shipping them to Autometer.
