Latest front plate bracket rivets

How are these rivets removed? I want that bracket off then I'll worry about the holes.

Drive the stem through. Then you can either try and pull the rivet out, or you can use a drill bit and carefully drill just deep enough to separate the head from the barrel.

I had a John Deere plate on for awhile but got tired of that; three holes look better than that or the plate holder. I was going to look for rivets or caps to fill the holes and paint them but that's been on the back burner for over half a year now.
