What is service life of factory .185 injectors on a 90hp TDI? I'm over 100k miles now on 1999.5 Mk 4 Golf.

I'm at 315k on my A3 with original injectors

. I'd be more worried with the rest of the car falling apart if I were you.

Injector life has a lot of variables. #1 being fuel quality in terms of how clean it is. I have seen many sets of injectors for TDI's and I have seen some at 55K (which were mine)in a lot worse shape than some with 130K. As for having 315K on the injectors I would be willing to bet the are worn out. It still might run and things seem good but you just don't know till you pull them and put them on the test stand. Fuel quality is everything when it comes to injectors and injector pump life.
