Oops. That's the intercooler, right? My wife crunched hers in a parking lot several years ago. I think it was $180 for a new one...no problems since.

I think that should do 'er. Just hope it has enough time to cure before I have to leave. I did put a isht load of hardener in it to speed up the process.

Well 150 miles with no probs then all of a sudden I had a boost leak again and now the turbo is 'turned off'

Curious to get back under there and star what failed. This will be my first ever failure of a fiberglass repair.

Not sure you'll be able to get that to hold 15-20psi for any length of time...

What is stock boost?

If I spent some real time to reinforce it all correctly it would work. But that's going to cost me more than just replacing it with a user unit.
