FUEL INJECTION PUMP PART IDENTIFICATION AND REPAIR

May you tell me what is the name of this black box on my MK4 Fuel injection Pump because I can't find it anywhere on Internet or in my VW Bentley Book! It is a seal behind this box that leak? Is it available and what is the part name?
I will need a special tool for the triangular screw? Is it a 7 mm and is it the same size than the screw on the top of the pump, it seems not by eye?

OK, after searching after a member, 1854sailor,, that told me it was related to the Quantity Adjuster wiring, it seems that I will have to change the 2 Quantity Ajuster seals.
