FS: 2000 NB TDI auto silver reflex $5500 OBO
Hey all,
We've got a 2000 New Beetle TDI auto that we are considering selling. It has been well-maintained but it needs some additional work. It has 180k miles and is in good shape and running (well) condition.
The GOOD:
1. New 100k timing belt all rollers, tensioner, water pump in the last year.
2. New vacuum hoses and N75.
3. New glowplugs.
4. New tires and front brakes.
5. Excellent body and paint.
6. Has alloy wheels and all the VW covers intact.
7. Radio antenna is not broken.
8. Intake manifold was cleaned in the last year.
9. Has Zerostart engine coolant heater installed.
10. New starter.
11. New anti-sway bar bushings.
12. Has had synthetic 5W40 Mobil Delvac 1 it's entire life.
13. Has factory splash guards.
The NOT SO GOOD:
1. Has some minor front end damage to the lower grille and radiator support.
2. Needs a new driver's mirror switch.
3. Interior is OK but has wear and some stains.
4. Driver's heated seat does not work.
5. May need a new CV boot.
6. Needs new lower control arm bushings.
The car is reflex silver, comes with Cold Weather package, alloy wheels, ABS and sunroof (working). It's great car. Transmission works very well.
I think we will ask $5500 OBO. Located in Northern Illinois. Clean title, which we have in possession.
