Runs / drives. Down and discouraged, shop burned down, lost all my tools and my nearly completed 2003 Jetta TDI Wagon project car. Selling my daily driver for the last 16 years. Green, auto trans, has recently new headliner, leather interior. Just under 290K miles on odometer, motor runs strong. Needs hood latch adjustment – doesn’t pop up when release is pulled, needs trunk latch release repair - “[FONT=Liberation Serif, serif]Jetta Trunk Fix Kit”, [/FONT]needs skid plate upgrade - trans overheats – 4th gear slips on long trips, holds good on short trips - newer plate has added transmission oil pan air cooling intake, needs replacement and re-torque of sub-frame bolts – slight sub-frame movement during hard braking, needs new heater core - minor heater core leak, recently drove over 800 miles without needing to add coolant, needs repair of A/C blend and control doors, needs new center arm rest lid – hinge and latch broken. Replaced trans valve body – Revmax brand @ 275K, valve body line pressure needs adjusting – motor flairs on shifting from 3rd to 4th under load, has check engine light - EGR disconnected – just needs new vacuum line, no trunk liner or CD changer – lost in shop fire. Digital turbo pyrometer, VDO gauges – turbo boost, volt, oil pressure. Gauge boost pressure at intake showing up around 15psi on acceleration. Fifteen psi oil pressure at hot idle - no warning lights yet. 2 micron Cat fuel filter, PP520 injector nozzles, fuel pump has no leaks, electric mirror adjustment switch accidentally left unplugged, damage to left rear quarter panel, peeling clear coat. Have ran Amsoil 15w40 Heavy-Duty Diesel and Marine Oil or Amsoil Series 3000 5W-30 Synthetic Heavy Duty Diesel Oil for 16 years. Did all my own service. Will need timing belt service in 35,000 miles.
