Hi, my car has fog lights installed in the bumper but I do not have a switch to turn them on inside? Am I missing something?

Yes you probably are missing something. Try pulling your headlight switch outward.

Most state inspections require lights to work if they are installed.

yeah pesky inspections.
As what's needed to get them going, you're going to have to check or wiring, chances are there maybe none if you don't have the proper headlight switch.

It may be as simple as this - turn your light switch to ON position and then grasp the switch and pull it toward yourself. The button will come out slightly and activate the fogs. I hope it is this simple, unless I am misunderstanding the question.
