I'm planning on retrofitting my car with oem fogs, and my cousin has a set of oem fog light grilles that he was just going to give to me. I already have a euroswitch with fog switch in it so all I'd need is the light/wiring kit, and the coding which I can do.

My question is my grilles are open, but the fog light grilles he has are not. He doesn't think it matters and I don't know if any cooling that will be affected by no longer having them open, but I'd like some confirmation before I'd use them. It looks like everything ECS sells in their kits are open grilles, and not the closed ones. Can I use these?
