Door Card Fasteners (Not the ones you think.)

Removed my passenger front door card today to install a door lock actuator. That all went well. For some LAME reason I mistook the two lower door card "screw" fasteners inserts for broken for broken push on type fasteners. I removed them and destroyed them in the process. I then realized they weren't broken fasteners at all but were the two screw inserts. Can anyone provide a part number for these fasteners? There are just two per door... Thanks !!

My guess is that what I'm looking for is item # 18 or maybe #9. I can't find a part number break down for this part. I'm looking the screw anchor for the two torx screws on the bottom of the door panel (card). Anyone have a clue?

The big box stores don't have anything quite like these unfortunately. I'll just have to grab a couple next time I'm at the wrecking yard, I guess. Not sure why these items don't show up on the parts break down for the front doors....Maybe 2005 is just too old now.
