Drove Sunny Isles, FL to Key West. A/C on 90% of time. Lots of stop and go, drove around key west. Back home. Then put 300 of the 633 on around town city driving. Not driving nice, doing 80-85 on local highways.

WARNING: Suspicious. I don't believe the attendant topped it off all the way. (The only biodiesel station here in Phoenix doesn't let customers fill themselves, no matter how much they wheedle.) So, this tank and next tank will probably average out to be a reasonable figure, but this tank can't be taken seriously on its own.

This is about 90% highway driving about the speed limits. Common sense economy driving but nothing radical.
Temps are usually 60's for my afternoon commute, 30's for the night.
Commute is about 100 miles/day.

Topped off in VA where I knew I could get fuel at a reasonable price since I won't be topping off there again for at least another week, and fuel down here is at least 40 cents more.

Edit note: Wow - I just realized - that top off was just over 50 mpg. 90% highway with cruise set at the speed limit. Now if I could just get the city/hwy average to stay over 50 mpg.

only 260 miles on hwy at 80 and above so that blew out the higher mileage but jasons intake cleaning sure made the car happier at speed.

This was all highway with speeds between 65-75 through western MN and North Eastern SD. Nice and flat. I was supprised at the milage for the type of fuel that I was running though. I figured that it would be lower than average for me. This is my second best tank ever.

To get this MPG, I have to go slow. What does NOT help is all the vertical elevation that I have to go over starting from 7.300' :(

DO you mean one thousand one hundred forty four miles or 1 mile 144 thousandths miles. ? My assumption is 1144 miles...

THe US standard for seperators is the comma "," , not the period "." . And I prefer NONE, since I copy/paste this into Excel.

The last 3 months the mpg average has been 57.45. This months mpg will drop since I did a fill from a fuel can and did not get to use all of the fuel before I made a trip but I will be filling up twice this week so it will even out on my next post. Also, I got new tires about 1/2 tank ago. So, I will see if the mileage goes up for that.
