I'v been working at this car now for 4 days and looked every where on the internet for answer and found nothing that leaded to a solution
At first only the small fan worked on low speed. so I replaced the 2 fans and that got them working on both speeds, I redid the ground since it add a 35 ohms resistance and now it has 0.2 ohms. The problem still persist for the AC 6.23 voltsm, so now that pointed to the FCU J293 and replaced it with one from the scrap yard and now I get 4.5 volt. Then I tought it might be an other bad FCU so i bought a new brand new on and went back to 6 volt. AAAAAARRRR So what i did is replaced the harness that goes to the AC compressor, fans and half way to the fuse box for the rest of T14 harness. all the fuse are good (S16 and the ones on the battery). Did anyone got that sort of issues before. the power is there with the key on or off if unplug the T14 connector the voltage drop to 0. I checked the voltage inputs to the FCU and they get proper a proper 12v
