Code P0470. Just change the sensor or?

Car is a 2009 Sedan.

This code came up about 1 hr ago and my scan tool said P0470 which relates to exhaust pressure sensor.

Do i just change that sensor and all good? Is this a problem on these cars???

Just replaced mine 2 days ago. 82.00 and it was the sensor that was wrapped in the heat shielding under engine cover. Drove it for 4-5 weeks with engine light on. Dealer said that the dpf might be cracked and the sensor wasn't the problem, he's never replaced one yet. Well I bought one put it on and after driving it the light went off and all is good.

This happed 4 days after the dealer replaced the exhaust flapper after it seized for the second time.

My CEL came on today, VCDS indicates it is the exhaust pressure sensor 2, which is similar to your diagnosis. 88,989 miles. Interesting...will have to check for a cracked dpf. (Interested in Rawtek exhaust...might be the right time) Sensor reset this afternoon, will check again tomorrow if CEL lights up.
