Change Cruise Control Speed Increment?

On a 2015 TDI SEL is it possible to change the speed control increment to +-1 using the silver buttons? Right now they are +-5 and I find it awkward to use the Resume and Set buttons for the fine increments. On a friend's 2020 Golf I was able to do this using VCDS but I have been unable to find anything related to crusie control on my 2015. Neither vehicle has adaptive cruise control.
