It's not much, but its a start! UK users may be interested in this site: http://www.greenergy.com/energy_and_fuels/globaldiesel/globaldiesel.htm for details. Apparently the 5% is the max at present, in their words -
"Greenergy GlobalDiesel complies with engine manufacturers' warranty requirements by meeting the latest version of "BS EN590 Automotive fuels. Diesel. Requirements and Test Methods".
Pure biodiesel does not meet this specification and engine manufacturers recommend that it should be used in blends of up to 5% maximum in order for engine performance to be maintained. Greenergy GlobalDiesel meets this requirement.
Separately the bio-diesel element of Greenergy GlobalDiesel meets BS prEN 14214 (in consultation) standard for bio-fuels." There's more on standards in a link in the article.
