ussually the local tire shops are the best, ones that sell used tires, can ussually work a deal

otherwise wally word or cdntire, would likely be the cheapest

There's a place at bloor and park , just west of park on bloor on the south side there few lots down from PRAXAIR. If they are still there, they were the cheapest around when I had bad alignment and delivered pizzas 1,000km+ city driving a week shearing tires.

They always hooked me up, and the woman who worked for (ran?) the place was super friendly.

Might be worth checking out - I imagine they would cut a sweet deal on four tire swap. I just swapped 2 tires here in Vancouver at C-tire and they slapped me with $75 bill after balance. Is it just me, or does that seem crazy?

EDIT: In Oshawa.

Going rate is about $15/$20 per tire. Canadian Tire charges about $15 if you bring the rims in and are off the car. It takes time to change and ballance a tire so can't expect something for nothing.
