Best dealer in Seattle area for service

I haven't had the best of luck in the Seattle area for servicing my two VWs. Chaplin's in Bellevue is super convenient, but I won't go back there. Can anyone please tell me of a dealer they were happy with?

I have a Touareg that need to have some warrantied (under 80k) work done on the cats (replacement).

I'd recommend a service advisor by the name of Ryan L. at Campbell-Nelson up in Edmonds. He has been great about getting warranty items fixed for me.

I've heard good things about Campbell Nelson, like that they are mod friendly. However, from my experience:
1) they tried to bs me on a leaking tranny
2) they changed oil and didn't plug the oil checker back in, so when I got home there was a mess in the engine bay... was not happy about this one!
