Any issues using VCDS on remapped ECU?

Hi, I'm about to change the timing belt on my 1.9 B6 Passat, it's been custom remapped from the standard 105hp to around 135hp. Is there anything to watch out for when adjusting the injection timing with VCDS? It might be a daft question but I'd rather check than risk messing anything up...

You are good to go...your tuner will likely have changed the dynamic timing map but has no reason to mess with the basic settings static value the car uses to start with...which is what is adjusted during a TB change.
