Sprinter regulator

Mercedes-benz sprinter alternator parts:

Just in stock, limited supply. INA clutch pulley for Mk3 AHU and ABA, also will work for MK2, as I understand correctly. Its an upgrade for the 90 amp units, and standard on the 120 amp

One question regarding "core" charges: does an alternator with a broken mounting "ear" work for return? I mean, the *core* of the alternator is there and intact, so....?

Yes, I'll take them back on a core return, as I can get housings for them.

Just got in a shipment of new Valeo starters. I've got mk4 5 speed, mk4 6 speed and b5.5 Passat TDI starters. They're more powerful than the Bosch versions which works especially well for the winter time.

I just got a smokin deal on some OEM Volkswagen alternators. They show for 2015+ Golf, Jetta, Beetle, Tiguan and Atlas. 150 amp Bosch new from VW part number 06K-903-023-D
Volkswagen price is $674

Do not need at this time , and future is a little muddy - have auto trans , but bought most of the parts for manual swap from someone on this site .
So do not want to have at backup for auto - no telling how long it will last , old-farters / and no shop , garage space is keeping me from jumping on the swap & auto still works

From my personal experience over numerous transactions, Seth is a great vendor and person that rebuilds things right the first time. It is such a pleasure to work with him as a rebuilder or parts vendor! I have taken apart a couple rebuilt alternators and starters that had failed Chinese bearings on low mileage rebuilds, so working with someone that tells you the parts he is using, why, and understands the model differences in each category of starter, or alternator is a joy to work with and highly recommended! Don't go looking for trouble, go to Seth!

2005-2006 mk5 5 speed tdi starter oem Bosch $156 plus shipping and core
OEM Valeo starter for 3.2 liter mkv r32, audi tt, Passat, CC
$156 plus shipping and core
150 amp new OEM Bosch alternator. Fits mk4 golf,jetta,beetle, b5.5 passat (I'll put the passat pulley on for that)
2004-2006 Touareg v6, and I can adapt it for other models that have the same spacing mounts.

Is it kinda a wheeze sound that is for about a second after you stop cranking? There is a common issue with them where the bushing gets worn and it makes a wheeze sound. I sell a rebuild kit that includes that bushing and the seal with the brush holder kit. Also have the one with a that and a solenoid.
The full kit with the solenoid includes the solenoid hardware and front bushing as well as the brush holder and is $45 plus shipping. The kit with just the bushing, seal and brush holder is $25 plus shipping.

It definitely sounds like it is hanging up and getting overspun for a second. The odd part is it doesnt do it after the engine is warm. I'll do the full kit with the solenoid, everything is likely due based on age and mileage. What's the best way to place an order?
