if i buy a pd130 intake can i just plug and play the new manifold or will i have to mod something and also can i do egr delete with that manifold and if someone knows what the price for the parts would cost i would appreciate it

yes it will bolt on
EGR is built into the AHU manifold so you will need to delete it or use a different EGR with the pd manifold
the manifolds are common in the for sale section, just take a quick look for current prices.
EGR delete (proper way) requires it to be tuned out so you have to factor that cost in or ignore the check engine light.

You will need to use a race pipe adapter to fit the intercooler hose to to the manifold.
