I recently purchased a 2012 Golf TDI. It's throwing some codes:
- P2BA6 : NOx Emissions Exceeded: SCR Catalyst Malfunction"
- P1A58 : NOx Catalyst
My car is no longer covered under the extended warranty for emissions and I need to pass an emissions inspection here in Colorado. I was just wondering if there were any tuning options, like a possible piggy-back tune that would clear the codes for me just long enough to pass an inspection. I would like to sort the issue out but would like to register the car before dumping a bunch of money into it. Thanks!
