Hey everyone
I have a 2009 Jetta tdi, deleted and cp3 swapped. I’m having an issue where randomly the car will die completely, unless I let my foot off the pedal for about 3-5 seconds.
no real pattern to this behavior, it can happen while going 20mph accelerating like a grandma, or flooring it going 80 on the highway (it also will behave normally in either of these situations as well). Another symptom I noticed is the car will now only rev to 2500 rpm in park. Before on multiple occasions I have brought the car above 4,000 in park without issue.
Any ideas on what could be causing this behavior?
I also know for a fact that it is not the pump, as it acted similarly with the old cp4.
